Noblis Names Rick Harrison President of Subsidiary, Noblis ESI

Rick Harrison brings decades of experience in the national security, defense, and intelligence sectors to his new role as subsidiary president

RESTON, Va.—March 20, 2019—Noblis, a leading provider of science, technology, and strategy services, is pleased to announce that Rick Harrison has been named president of the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Noblis ESI.

As president, Harrison will lead the general management and strategic direction of Noblis ESI’s overall technical, financial, and administrative activities.

Harrison has extensive experience in leading organizations and developing innovative solutions to some of the most complex national security challenges in Command, Control, Communications, and Computers and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR). His present work focuses on delivering national technical means to the last tactical mile.

Harrison is a retired United States Naval Officer with 25 years of service. During his service, he worked exclusively within the intelligence community serving at Naval Intelligence units, as well as national intelligence agencies.
