Eric Schneider 

In his role at Noblis MSD, Eric Schneider leads and supports a variety of functions from building strategic plans to expand and enter new U.S. Navy markets to supporting internal process improvements for business execution. He is also a key program manager of contracts with the Navy. This combines a focus on the integration of new technologies, data science (AI/ML) and networked solutions — all towards improving Navy readiness and availability of ships and systems. Internally he leads teams reviewing and improving financial, contract management, business capture and client/partner engagement to continually improve business performance. He has a deep understanding of Navy maintenance, modernization and logistics as well as program management of large multi-discipline contracts.  

Eric has spent over 28 years supporting the Navy – in uniform and as a civilian – in ship design, repair, maintenance, modernization and construction.  Prior to Joining Noblis MSD he filled roles as a fleet technical representative, application engineer for control and monitoring systems, assistant vice president for engineering and logistics operations, strategic solutions group lead and is a prior engineering duty officer in the Navy.  

Eric has a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Old Dominion University and is a registered professional engineer in Virginia and Delaware.
