Noblis Named a Washington Post “Top Workplace” for the Sixth Consecutive Year

Rated by employees as one of the best places to work in Washington, D.C.

RESTON, Va.—June 27, 2019—Noblis has been named a top employer among large companies in The Washington Post’s annual “Top Workplaces” list for the sixth consecutive year. Noblis was ranked 12th, moving up five spots from 2018, and was rated the top professional services firm.

“Noblis is honored to be named a Top Workplace for the sixth consecutive year,” said Jean Cain, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. “At Noblis, we believe in putting our employees first. This was especially evident during the government shutdown, when we adjusted our business strategy to ensure that employees were paid during that tumultuous time. We constantly strive to maintain an exceptional workplace culture focused on the continued growth and development of our people.”

The Washington PostTop Workplaces program seeks to identify employers that excel at organizational health and workplace engagement in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture including alignment, execution and engagement.

“As a mission focused advanced science and technology company we are committed to excellence. We appreciate and value our employees’ feedback and contributions to the public interest,” says Amr ElSawy, President and CEO.

Noblis is one of six large companies that has been recognized on this list for the past six years. The company was also named one of the 2019 World’s Most Ethical Companies by the Ethisphere Institute. Other recognitions we have received include being named one of the Best Small and Medium Workplaces by the Great Place to Work Institute, and one of The Best Medium Places to Work by Glassdoor.
