Lori Ventimiglia

In her role as division vice president, Lori Ventimiglia leads the NAVWAR portfolio business development and operations for the company’s Naval portfolio. Throughout her career, Lori has developed technical solutions for the Naval Research Laboratory, Johns Hopkins Applied Physics, Navy System Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR) and industry to deliver and sustain afloat and ashore fleet programs. Lori is an experienced account executive with a primary focus on bid and implementation strategies for large-scale, complex Navy programs. 

Before joining Noblis MSD, Lori founded Cabrillo Technologies (now part of the Noblis MSD subsidiary) where she developed the company’s NAVWAR and Program Executive Office, Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) business. Lori began her leadership career at SAIC as a division vice president developing and operations of Navy programs. She has more than 30 years of industry experience in direct Navy engineering and program execution.
