Noblis Named a top 50 Company for Happiest Employees and Best Work-Life Balance by Comparably

Comparably rankings based on employee feedback and compared with 60,000 other companies

Noblis also ranked 14th in large company category of Washington Post 2020 Top Workplaces

RESTON, Va.—October 16, 2020 – Noblis, a leading provider of science, technology and strategy services to the federal government has been ranked as one of the top 50 large companies across North America with the Happiest Employees and the Best Work-Life Balance for 2020, according to Comparably, a leading workplace culture and compensation monitoring site.

The rankings for both lists are based on an anonymous rating by Noblis employees, and then compared against 60,000 other companies in the ranking. The sentiment ranking by employees for the Happiest Employees list is based on questions on work environment, compensation, benefits and how proud employees feel about their company. For the Work-Life Balance list questions included satisfaction with work-life balance, average number of hours worked and ‘burn-out’ potential.

“We are delighted to receive the Comparably awards as it represents valuable feedback from our employees and is an indication of how we are doing compared to other companies,” said Amr ElSawy, president and CEO, Noblis. “We continuously strive to enhance our culture to attract and retain awesome and diverse employees by being an employer of choice.”

“Our clients rely on the expertise and dedication of our employees to help solve some of their most complex challenges,” said Debbie Drake, vice president and chief people officer, Noblis. “Maintaining a happy and well-balanced work environment is critical to high employee engagement. These recent awards demonstrate that despite the challenges of 2020, our employees are strong, resilient, collaborating together and highly committed to their clients’ missions.”

Noblis’ ranking on the Washington Post’s 2020 Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area list, was also announced earlier this week. While that award was announced in June, in the recently published rankings we were 14th among companies in the ‘large’ category. This is the seventh consecutive year Noblis has won that award.

The two awards from Comparably and the Washington Post award, follow other workplace recognition Noblis has received this year including being named to WayUp’s Top 100 Internship Program list and as one of the 2020 World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere for the ninth time.
