Our employees have spoken—and we’re honored that their feedback landed Noblis a spot on Energage’s 2023 Top Workplaces USA list. Noblis is ranked #44 out of 200 for this award which celebrates nationally recognized companies that make the world a better place to work together by prioritizing a people-centered culture and giving employees a voice. The list, announced on February 1, is based solely on employee feedback which was gathered through a third-party survey administered in 2022 by Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment and connection, just to name a few.
