Noblis Organization and Professional Development Team Recognized with Award for Excellence

This past August, Noblis and the Center for Creative Leadership (our vendor partner) received the 2019 Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Silver Award for Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Program for our Frontline Leader Impact (FLI) program. Noblis was recognized alongside large, well-known companies like Coca-Cola, Visa, Marriott, PwC, Kellogg, Verizon and more. See the full list here.

The Noblis Organization and Professional Development (OD/PD) team created this value-add program to develop Noblis Leaders. Noblis’ FLI program is a nine week online and interactive course which employees must be nominated for by their manager or other company leadership. “Receiving this award means a great deal to our team and really validates the hard work we do to make professional development one of our greatest employee benefits,” said Amy Rivera, director of OD/PD for Noblis. “Our partner, the Center for Creative Leadership was open to working with us towards a quality program combining both our organizations insights, ideas, and knowledge.”
